The word “mindful” generally means being consciously aware of something in the present moment, with attention and intention rather than distraction.
My understanding of the term “Mindful Living” and the practice of mindfulness is simple: to remain aware, live consciously, and move through life with good intentions. I try to follow these guiding principles:

The travel presentations in this section document glimpses of journeys undertaken for personal reasons–times when leaving familiar surroundings became a way of creating distance, making space to heal and finding perspective. For me, solo travel (simple and economical) became a form of reconditioning–a temporary departure from the pressures and complexities of everyday life, and an opportunity to reconnect with myself through movement, observation, and unfamiliar surroundings. Each journey brought new experiences, but also a necessary pause—a chance to see something different, to become more present, and to gradually gain emotional strength.
These travel presentations are therefore less about destinations than about experience–the relationship between place, perception, memory, and inner life. They form another part of this evolving archive, reflecting how creativity, observation, and lived experience continue to shape one another.
