As a mindful visual artist with a background in fine arts and graphic design, I view creativity as a deeply immersive and holistic practice. Through the use of my hands, traditional art materials, tools, and technology, I bring digital art, handmade crafts, and design to life in ways that engage my heart, mind, and soul. In this process, I become fully connected to the experience of mindful creativity.
At times, frustration arises, and certain creations no longer feel aligned or meaningful. When this happens, I consciously let them go to make space for something new to emerge. Even in release, I remain guided by mindful intention, striving to stay grounded in authenticity and true to myself.

I love technology; creating this artwork allowed me to feel the power of tactility and enjoy the process of repetition and provided a brief respite from all things digital.
One square shape painted on fabric bit by bit. Viewed up close all you would see is numerous tiny colored squares, only from a distance the work reveals itself to the viewer as the Buddha.
Think layers upon layers of acrylic paint in multiple colors and shades elaborately and energetically covering the surface of the two tall canvases titled “glass stained one” and “glass stained two” you see here in this video; the process of creation was magnetically absorbing and deeply intuitive.
Many years ago I began creating as a leisure pursuit, little did I know years later I will be creating full-time as a means to an end, to heal, to revive, to relax, or just to be. In this video I share almost everything–“an artist’s entire body of work” created from 1998-2026 that’s many years of painstaking work, and creative output I had not expected of myself, but the journey is worth every moment–happy, sad, fulfilled, unfulfilled, and everything in between. Enjoy! Be inspired!
Natural fiber handicrafts created over a period of 6-8 months. This was my first time working with so many different varieties of natural fibers, I loved this process of creating, the experience was calming and restful.
